VIP Plumbing was founded by Joey Zavala, a lifelong Sandpoint resident with over twenty years of hands-on experience. His journey started at Aqua Plumbing, where he spent twelve years perfecting his craft and eventually became a field service supervisor. Through those years, Joey built a reputation for precision, dependability, and care that customers could feel.

Driven by the idea that people in North Idaho deserve a plumber who puts service above sales, Joey launched VIP Plumbing. His goal was simple. It is to deliver expert work backed by integrity, not excuses. Today, that same principle guides every technician, every repair, and every home visit.
